October 2007	We listed on the NYSE ("LFT").
October 2007	We acquired Fenet, a leading local provider of business intelligence solutions to the financial and insurance industry.
July 2007	Longtop surpassed the mark of having 1,000 employees in China.
May 2006	We acquired Advanced Business Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd., or ABS, a system integration and solutions services provider located in Beijing.
December 2006	We obtained level four certification of CMMI for our software development, the de-facto standard for software integration and development capabilities.
2006	We introduced our first suite of software solutions targeting the insurance industry.
February 2006	Acquired the China operations of S1 Corp.
2005	We started a large-scale rollout of standardized products.
December 2004	Obtained CMM level three certification.
July 2003	We received ISO9001:2000 certification.
2003	We introduced our first suite of standardized software solutions.
2001	We made a strategic move to shift our core business from system integration to software development and became an IT solutions provider with an ongoing focus on the financial services industry.
