To gain an A credit, a company needs to comply with the Labor Law, develop a certain kind of corporate culture, set up a mature management method, have proper communication plan between the employees and the management team, etc.

Being listed among the 11 enterprises which gained the "Tier A" (or above) Integrity baseline authentication in Xiamen indicates that Longtop has made great progress on enterprise management and corporate culture construction through years of endeavor. It is, at the same time, a driving force for Longtop to gain "Tier AA" and "Tier AAA" authentication.
