That Longtop signed a formal Purchase Agreement with S1 Corporation on March, 2006 indicated that Longtop was the first software company in Fujian Province to successfully purchase both the Chinese business and personnel of a USA-based listed company.

S1 is a leading provider of software solutions in the world, providing various banking and payments software to more than 4,000 customers in 49 countries, including regional and national banks, community banks, credit unions, retailers, telcos, and processors. Longtop has been a major partner of S1 Corporation in China.
Sticking to the principle of mutual-benefit and mutual-trust, S1 and Longtop started the discussion on cooperation ever since February, 2006. The two companies concluded their rounds of discussion with the signed formal Purchase Agreement.

At the same time, talents of management and technology in S1 China joined Longtop.

International Software Product Department was founded to serve the purpose of developing value-added software business and the cooperation with renowned international or multi-national manufacturers.

The value-added software development will become a focus business of Longtop in the future. The strategic cooperation with S1 is a milestone in the process of internationalization of Longtop.
